We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. This policy complies with UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancellation & Returns (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day period.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Items must include all original packaging and protection
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Important – Trading Cards
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:
- Opened packs or altered items are not eligible for return unless faulty
- Sealed products must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund under change-of-mind returns
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where applicable, photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
- We will cover return costs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds may be reduced if the item is returned in a condition that diminishes its value.
Late Returns
Return requests made after the 14-day cancellation period will not be accepted.
